Our Supported Employment Program called, EmployAbility, establishes employment opportunities for adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities in a traditional work environment. Support is provided through pre-vocational training, career counseling, on-the-job training, and individually tailored supervision. Our staff works closely with participants to determine interests, strengths, abilities, and support needs. Once the participant has been assessed, we will work with local businesses to secure employment based on the needs of the employer and the participant’s qualifications. After the hiring process, we will continue to work with the participant and employer to ensure a successful partnership is in place for training and completion of essential job functions.
