Paid Time Off

Full-time employees can earn up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year, giving you time to rest, recharge, and take care of what matters most.

Reliable Bi-Weekly Pay

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with bi-weekly pay, totaling 26 paychecks each year.

Paid Holidays

Eligible employees receive paid holiday time for the following observed holidays. Because InCommunity provides services around the clock, whether you are scheduled off on a particular holiday depends on your role, department, and the needs of the individuals we support. Eligible employees still receive the applicable holiday benefit, even when their position requires them to work on an observed holiday.
