
Crisis Support Services provides community based crisis services that support individuals with developmental disabilities in their communities as an alternative to institutional placement, emergency room care and /or law enforcement involvement including incarceration. InCommunity provides intensive in home and intensive out of home services as a measure of last resort on a time limited basis to alleviate the presenting crisis. Intensive in home support services are behavioral interventions provided in the home of the individual. Intensive out of home support services are provided at the Adult Crisis Support Home (CSH). InCommunity operates 2 adult homes (Floyd & Clayton counties). Our team includes a LCSW/LPC, Behavior Specialist and DSP that provide the support for intensive in home and adult CSH. The CSH is managed by a treatment team that consist of the Program Manager, BCBA, Case Manager and RN.
