This year marks 45 years that InCommunity has served the mission to provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live safe, healthy, and joyful lives in their communities. Our programs and services have provided 10,000 Georgians with residential support, employment services, respite care, family support, in-home care, and day programs and more changing lives for the better.
We are so appreciative of our well trained and engaged employees, who continue to do their best to support individuals and their families.
Their work supports 44 residential settings, 5 day programs, 4 crisis homes, HOST homes, supported employment, over 1000 supported families, behavior support, nursing and community living support.
The counties we primarily serve are Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fulton, Gwinnett, Newton, and Rockdale.

ADULT DAY PROGRAMS
Adult Day Programs provide opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful activities within their communities. Locations include: Marietta, Conyers, South Atlanta, and Roswell.
FAMILY CARE PROGRAM
Maintenance and Emergency Respite are also available. Maintenance Respite is 30 days with subcontracted providers that go into the private homes of families or utilize their own homes as the provider facility. Emergency Respite is out-of-home care available from 1 to 6 weeks and requires a referral/approval from the Georgia DBHDD region.
FAMILY SUPPORT FUNDING
Family Support Funding assists families in obtaining goods and services necessary to ensure the best possible care for their loved one.
RESIDENTIAL OPTIONS
Residential Options supports interdependence for individuals to live on their own terms in a living arrangement that supports their individual needs. It includes small group settings of four or less in Host home/life sharing arrangements.
EMPLOYABILITY (SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT)
Supported Employment provides support for Job Development, Job Coaching, and long-term Job Maintenance services for adults that are seeking competitive employment in their communities post high school.
COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORT
Community Living Support provides two options: Individually tailored assistance for individuals who reside in their family home; and one to one teaching/coaching sessions on independent life skills in the individual's home.
AUTISM RESPITE CARE
Autism Respite Care Services (ARCS) provides temporary in-home respite caregiving support for children and young adults diagnosed with Autism. This program is funded by the Atlanta Regional Commission from the Division of Family and Children Services.
BEHAVIOR SUPPORT SERVICE
Behavior Support works with both family and individuals to establish specific goals and objectives for different types of behaviors.
CRISIS SUPPORT PROGRAM
Crisis support services offer intensive in-home support for up to 7 days, including operating across four crisis homes specifically catering to individuals with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who are facing severe behavioral challenges.
